What does it mean to work as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)?
A well-trained and respected direct support professional (DSP) workforce is essential to providing the necessary supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) where they live and work. Our DSPs provide a variety of services to the people we serve including transportation, daily living activities, community activities, and so much more.
